Box
Office
The Sampson
CenterStage advance sale box office is located in the administrative
wing of the Sampson County Agri-Exposition Center, 414 Warsaw Road,
Clinton, NC and is open from 9 am until 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
The day-of-show box office is located at the lobby of
Prestage Hall. Advance sale box office is open 9:00 am to 5:00 pm,
Monday through Fri. The day-of-show box office is open 4 pm until showtime.
The
Sampson CenterStage Series accepts the following methods of payment:
cash, company check, personal check, Visa, Mastercard and American
Express. All tickets purchased by mail or telephone are subject to a
$3.00 processing fee per order for postage and handling. Make checks
payable to Sampson CenterStage Box Office.
Entrance
The main entrance to Prestage Hall is the only entrance to be utilized
by ticket holders for a Sampson CenterStage Series performance. The main entrance is located on the west side of the facility.
Seating
All seats reserved. It is the policy of Sampson County Agri-Exposition
Center to open the house 30 min. before curtain. In some cases technical considerations may delay opening.
House Courtesies
Ticket holders arriving late will be asked to wait in the lobby until
they can be seated at an appropriate time in the performance and in the
closest available seats. All performances will begin promptly at the
designated show time. All patrons are encouraged to arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to show time.
Parking
Free parking is available on the facility’s west, south and east sides. There is ample parking for patrons with disabilities.
For Patrons with Physical Challenges
Wheelchair locations are available. When ordering tickets please notifythe box office staff concerning any special needs.
Group Rates
Group rates are available; please call for additional information.Group rates will only apply to groups of 15 or more to a single event.
Cameras, Recording Devices & Cell Phones
Absolutely NO cameras or recording devices will be permitted at any
performance. U.S. copyright laws prohibit flash photography, cameras
and recording devices. Use of cellular phones in the main auditorium during performances is strictly prohibited.
Concessions
Snacks and beverages are available prior to the show and during
intermission at most performances. Snacks and beverages from our lobbybar may be taken into the theatre for performances.
Refund and Exchanges
All ticket sales are final. Refunds are given only if a
performance is cancelled. In the event a performance is cancelled,
ticket holders are required to return their ticket to the box office
within 30 days of the cancelled show in order to receive a refund. All
refunds will be delivered by check by mail.
Children
A ticket is required for everyone entering the theatre. As a courtesy
to audience members and artists, please use discretion in choosing to
bring an infant or young child, unless the show is specifically designed for young audiences.
The Sampson CenterStage Performing Arts Series is a member of the
North Carolina Presenters Consortium, the North Carolina Arts Council, ARTS North Carolina and the Sampson County Arts Council.
